Tours Terms & Conditions of booking

The Tours: what is
included
-
All Itineraries
described on this tour are statements of intent. We will do
everything possible to ensure that all the activities shown on the
tour itineraries are achieved.
-
Weather
conditions or other factors outside our control may affect our
plans. We will discuss any changes or options with the group.

Accommodation on
mini tours
We will always try to obtain good quality hotels
with en suite facilities . However on some tours we have to use
basic guest houses or village houses with limited facilities.
-
Transport,
guiding & accommodation is included in the tour price.
We use Professional; English speaking guides and a/c cars, vans of
4WD vehicles depending on the nature of the tour.

Collection to and
from Tour:
We will collect and return all participants to their
hotel or guest house in Siem Reap free of charge. Please be ready
to depart at the stated time.

Food and drink on
Multi day tours:
A set breakfast at hotels and guest houses and picnic lunches will
be included.

Food and Drink On Day Tours
is not usually provided, on some tours free snack is provided; but
main meals are not unless specified in tour itinerary
What is not included
-
Temple Passes and
admission fees
, are not included in the tour price.

Evening meals will
be normally be at the expense of the client un less specified on the
itinerary

Health and safety on
tour
-
Whilst we will do
all we can to ensure the safety of all clients; participants do
so at their own risk. Cambodia is a Third World country and
road and other conditions are not like those on the “West”
-
Some areas we
visit are very remote and medical facilities are primitive or non
existent. It is the responsibility of all
clients to ensure that they are medically fit and are fully insured.

As some parts of
Cambodia are prone to Malaria; it is essential to take anti Malaria
precautions. We will advise

Land mines are a
risk in some areas. The Temple sites we visit, have been cleared of
mines; however some of the areas adjacent to the sites we visit have
not been cleared. All participants must take any advice or
instructions of leader or guide. Failure to do so could cause
serious injury of death and will compromise the safety of the group
and leaders.

In exceptional
circumstances we reserve the right to end the tour without
compensation, for anyone who’s behaviour compromises the safety of
the group or acts in an illegal manner.

Consequential Loss We will
do everything possible to run the tours to schedule. Unexpected
things do happen in 3rd world countries like Cambodia. We cannot be
liable for consequential loss. Please bear this inn mind when making
onward travel arrangements i.e. onward flights.
Payment Terms
-
Payment for mini tours and day tours are normally paid in US$ on
commencement of the tour. Tour

Payment for special group tours and multi day custom tours; we
may request full payment in advance by bank transfer 4 weeks in advance.

In the event of not
enough persons on the tour, we will do everything possible to ensure run
the tour. There may be some changes in schedule or transport
arrangements: i.e. car instead of Minibus. All key elements of the tour
will go ahead.

A
single supplement
will not normally be charged provided the client is willing to share a
room with a person of the same sex. Single supplements at guest houses
or hotels and will be settled at the end of stay.

Complaints.
If you are
not happy with any aspect of the tour; please let us know at the time
any problem occurs. We will do everything possible to rectify.
